The network marketing profession is full of hustle culture. We’ve constantly been taught to “Go faster… Do more” in order to achieve success.

It’s the main reason why so many leaders are working hard at the expense of family and well-being.

When I introduced the anti-hustle mentality a lot of people thought that being anti-hustle means not working hard anymore.

This week I invited Ryan Shedrick, a student of our Next Level Leadership program and Love Serve Grow, to the show.

She talks about…

– the real cost of hustling harder

– the essence of slowing down

– the true meaning of being anti-hustle

– how transformational leadership impacted her business

– how transformational selling improved her sales

Episode Quotes

“I let go of all the selfish things that I wanted and focused on helping people.”

“Anti-hustle means aligning our actions not with an achievement but on our own sense of purpose.”

“When you're showing up from a transformational place you want to do the work.”

“There isn't tough love. It's just love, and if you love somebody you'll be honest with them.”
