So many times we think our newest team member is the also going to be the newest rock star and that individual is ‘the key’ to your team skyrocketing to the next level.

However, because of an ineffective onboarding system, that new team member never takes off as you imagine.  In fact, they just stop right in their tracks and quit the business.
