We get frustrated when our team does not have the same level of commitment that we do, and we often go out and we become obsessed with the idea of recruiting the ‘perfect leader’ who will take little guidance, coaching, and motivation to build their own business.
However, this is exactly where we go wrong.
You do not need to look for leaders when you can help create them.
Stop wasting your energy looking for the perfect leaders! First of all, ‘perfect leaders’ do not exist.
Instead, focus on your existing team. Your people have skills, excitement, and character.
All you need to do is to challenge them in a way that leads to their growth.
