How to Get Unstuck in Your Business

Many of you already know what you SHOULD be doing to be successful.

However, there is something holding you back: FEAR.

You have been unwilling to face the greatest fears that you have in your business.

You are human, which means that the actions that we avoid and know we’re supposed to do are oftentimes the things that we fear the most!

In this episode, I give you a framework and process to help you start facing these fears in order to create that breakthrough you’re looking for.

There’s a concept called Creative Interpretations that helps us visualize fear and the impact it has on our success.

Whenever we face our greatest fears, we make up a STORY around that very thing that is scaring us.

The story we create in our minds does one of two things:

1 – It makes the story bigger than it really is and it keeps you from taking the action needed.  It justifies you playing small and not facing your fears. This is called a Red Light story.

Or 2 –  You make up a story about that particular event or situation that will empower you to feel just a little bit of the fear, be courageous, and take the action needed anyway. This is called a Green Light story.  

There’s a profound difference between successful people and people that fail: it’s not that they DON’T feel fear; it’s that they make up different stories that empower them to be courageous. Successful people condition themselves to always look at the positive.

This is not an easy thing to do.  Iit will take dedicated practice. However, if you do this long enough, you will condition yourself to tell yourself a Green Light story and take action from a positive mindset instead of the negative.

And honestly, what matters most is the person you become in the process of overcoming your fears.

That is the greatest gift that you will be offered through this business.
