You know that powerful feeling when you leave a live event?

Maybe it was a national sales meeting? Or even a local event that had the BEST speaker you’ve ever heard?

You feel supercharged, passionate, and filled to the brim with motivation!

And then Monday rolls around.

And all of a sudden you get swept back into ‘real life’ and your normal routine.

The week slowly starts to go by, and bit by bit, you begin watching more TV than working on your business.

Here’s the awful truth:  Most people are committed….until it no longer fits into their schedules.

Or until they hit a bump in the road and things get a little tough.

The struggle is REAL!

But, it is SO important that we learn how to combat the slow pull back into our old habits.

When you’re in a peak mental state, it’s easy to be committed to your business. You’re surrounded by high energy and motivated people and you feel like you’re well on your way to a breakthrough.

However, when you leave that environment, THAT is when the real commitment sets in.

There are four keys to commitment:

  1.     Mindset
  2.     Refine Your Goals
  3.     Change Your Focus
  4.     Accountability

Remembering these will help you maintain that motivation and keep your promise to yourself!

I challenge you to stay committed to your goals and don’t fall into the endless cycle of extreme highs and lows.

Follow these four keys principles and you will stay committed to your business!
