How many of you have made a New Year’s Resolution in the past?

The more important question is: How many of you have made a New Year’s Resolution and ACTUALLY stuck to it throughout the year? How about after that year ended?

There’s a book titled “The Slight Edge” by Jeff Olson. I have never read a book that had a more positive impact on my personal and professional life, and I’m excited to share this important message with you today. 

The message in the training today is what you need to understand if you want to make your New Year’s resolutions actually stick.  The Slight Edge Philosophy applies to every single area of your life – it's always working whether you realize it or not.   

In every moment of every day, we are making small decisions that, over time, have dramatic effects on the results we see.  We are either practicing simple daily disciplines or making simple errors in judgements.
