Social media platforms like Facebook have changed the algorithm that determines which of your friends sees your posts.
And this new algorithm focuses on posts that are QUALITY…not how many posts you throw up there in a single day!
In other words, posting your stuff all day long and inviting people every day to join your business does not work anymore!
So, in this episode, I’m going to share specific business strategies that will help you shift your mindset and help your team-building goals.

It involves sharing things on social media that educate, empower, and enhance people’s lives.
True marketers view everything around them as potential content to share with others – whether it’s a book you’re reading or something your kids do – all of it is potential content to be shared!
And personal stories make an even bigger connection with your audience!
So, stop thinking like a customer and start thinking like a marketer.
Remember, the moment you share something that has value to someone, you immediately become valuable to them.
Your connection grows with them, and you begin building a relationship with them.
And this is what our goal on social media needs to be – Providing value and building connections and relationships!
