As Winston Churchill once said, “The price of greatness is responsibility.”  

The same thing rings true when it comes to our thoughts – we have the power and responsibility to choose them.

We’ve all been there – talking down to ourselves and saying things that we would be “too nice” to say to a good friend.

Honestly – can you imagine if you said the same things to a friend that you say to yourself?!!

Negative thoughts are incredibly detrimental to our success.

Negative self-talk is one of the top reasons people fail in our business.  

In this episode, I dive deeper into the power of mindset, self-talk, and gaining power over negative thoughts.

I show you two steps to follow that will help you gain control of what you say to yourself and how to focus on positivity.

Personally, I have found that if you want to be more motivated in your business, gratitude is the gateway drug to motivation.

But, it all starts in your mind.

What are the thoughts that you’re entertaining on a daily basis?  Do your thoughts center around gratefulness? Or from a mindset of ‘lack’ and doubt.

Here is what I want you to do:  Spend the entire next couple of days really paying attention to your thoughts.

It is time for you to stand guard at the door of your mind and focus on the positive in every situation.
