What is your definition of success?

A lot of people believe that achievement and success are one and the same.

It’s the reason why most of us pursue achievement – working really hard, grinding, sacrificing, and hustling just to hit goals.

We think that these achievements are going to make us more worthy and adequate.

However, as we achieve more (creating success from a place of scarcity and fear), we feel worse about ourselves.

Imposter syndrome kicks in, red light stories keeps on driving in our heads, and so we become prisoners of our business.

In this episode, I share how you can overcome the achievement trap and define success to experience long term fulfillment in your life and business.

On February 15th, I’m hosting a FREE Masterclass on how to run the #1 tool for rank advancement on your team – Weekly Accountability Meetings.
